MTP parking attendants undergo a rigorous hiring process. Candidates must undergo a first round interview with an MTP principal as well as successfully pass a driving test. If applicable, the candidate will then undergo a second round interview with a facilities manager.
If hired, all MTP parking attendants must complete an intensive one week training period. Led by a select group of seasoned MTP employees, the recent hires will learn proper driving skills and the unique MTP approach to providing unparalleled customer service. Once completing training, MTP’s parking attendants are routinely required to attend various training seminars to maximize personal development.
